Bartram Trail High School given 'all-clear' after second bomb threat

UPDATE, 11:40 a.m.: Bartram Trail High School has been cleared and students will be returning to class momentarily, SJSO says. According to the Sheriff's Office, no devices were located.

Sept. 15, 10:10 a.m.: The Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a second bomb threat at Bartram Train High School.

According to SJSO, the threat is "similar, if not a mirror threat" of the bomb threat that occurred yesterday. Students are being moved to the football stadium while the school property is being searched. According to SJSO, the process is expected to take several hours due to the size and scope of the property. SJSO will advise with any findings.

Sept. 14: SJSO is on the scene of an anonymous bomb threat at Bartram Trail High School. SJSO will respond operational resources as though the situation is real until proven otherwise, but at this time nothing has been located.

Explosive detection K-9’s are on the scene, and members of the bomb team are on site should anything suspicious be located.

SJSO will advise if the incident evolves into anything beyond “all clear."
