Shuai Ming Wong, of The Woodlands, Texas, defeated Logan McAllister, of Oklahoma City, and Jake Beber-Frankel, of Miami, in a three-hole aggregate playoff to win The Junior PLAYERS Championship over the Labor Day weekend at THE PLAYERS Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass.

Wong had a tournament total score of 71-71-70–212 and made a 15-foot birdie putt on No. 18 hole to force a playoff with McAllister and Beber-Frankel.

In the playoff, Wong made par on No. 18 after being tied with McAllister through holes 16 and 17, and earned his first American Junior Golf Association title.

McAllister, who had an 18-hole tournament record of 9-under-63 in the second round, and Beber-Frankel, who made five birdies in the final round, finished tied for second.

The AJGA and TaylorMade-adidas Golf each pledged $10 per birdie from the tournament to benefit victims of Hurricane Harvey.
