Kathy Ball has joined the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty.
Ball joins the Ponte Vedra office from another local brokerage with more than 35 years of experience working as a realtor, and specializing in dealing with relocations, first time home buyers and luxury homes.

Prior to becoming a realtor more than 35 years ago, Ball was also the owner of a local floral design company. When not working, she enjoys painting, singing and dancing and she has also been in various musical theater productions and sung in numerous choirs.
