About 150 special guests recently attended a Tapas & Tours luncheon and community tour at Beacon Lake, a new lakefront lifestyle community in northern St. Johns County. The event gave attendees an opportunity to experience residents’ lifestyle while learning about the community’s current and future plans.
At Beacon Lake, Dream Finders Homes and Mattamy Homes are building coastal-inspired single-family homes featuring welcoming front porches and open floor plans. Dream Finders is also building luxury townhomes at Beacon Lake.
Tapas & Tours opened at the Lake House – Beacon Lake’s Amenity and Fitness Center, where guests enjoyed a gourmet tapas luncheon featuring seasonal ingredients and meeting community residents and the developer. Complimentary shuttles carried guests to Mattamy and Dream Finders’ five decorated model homes showcasing the latest in home design trends. The festivities included live music and giveaways and prize drawings, including a grand prize Royal Caribbean Cruise for two to the Bahamas.
