The Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty recently welcomed Realtors Ilona Fischer and Leslie Taylor.

Prior to joining the real estate firm, Fischer spent nearly two decades developing and executing marketing strategies and negotiating contracts. She was named to the Jacksonville Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” in 2010, and she is also a volunteer for the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund. She is also an alumna of the Leadership Jacksonville program.

“I’m thrilled to be able to help guide my clients through each area of their real estate transaction, easing their stress and pairing my clients with their dream homes and investments,” Fischer said. “Since transactions can be complex, guiding buyers and sellers often on challenging paths to closing is truly a rewarding experience.”

Taylor, a resident of St. Johns County since 2003, has had a love for real estate since she was a child in northern Virginia. As the daughter of a realtor, she spent weekends looking at houses from the backseat of her parents’ car, helping her mother with open houses and working on school assignments in the back of her office. Seeing the care and service that her mother provided her clients, Taylor said, spurred her desire to become a Realtor herself.

“I am a full-time Realtor and always provide my clients with the personal care and professional service they deserve,” Taylor said. “I am a true ‘people person,’ a good listener, and I have a deep-rooted passion for real estate. I promise to help guide my clients through each real estate transaction with ‘Taylor Made’ attention to detail.”
