Kathleen Floryan has been certified as a PLMC agent by Premier Luxury Marketing Consultants™, a company the specializes in training real estate agents to market luxury homes.
In order to receive the PLMC certification, agents must complete the training requirements and pass an exam; according to Premier Luxury Marketing Consultants, fewer than 1 percent of all agents nationwide have acquired the designation.
