JWB Real Estate surprised a K9s For Warriors graduate with a brand-new home on Wednesday, Oct. 17, on Colonial Avenue in Jacksonville.

The Army and Alabama National Guard veteran who received the home was Rick Smith, who graduated from the K9s For Warriors program in January 2015 with his service dog, Berkely.
