Silverfield Group and Morales Group recently announced the construction of their second office development in Nocatee, Lakeside Professional Offices, which will include four single story buildings totaling approximately 34,000 square feet.
The first building, slated to total 8,531 square feet, is scheduled to be completed by March 2019. The development will be included in Nocatee Town Center.
“Nocatee has experienced significant retail growth over the past few years, but the office sector remains underserved particularly for service providers such as physicians and financial services," said Karl Hanson of Silverfield Group.
