Landon Homes will host a “Dusty Boots Tour” offering a sneak peek at the Treaty Oaks community this weekend.
To be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 25-26 at 562 Tumbled Stone Way in St. Augustine, the event will allow visitors an opportunity to preview the community’s floor plans and lot availability while viewing some of the model homes currently under construction. Prospective buyers will have an opportunity to tour the community by golf cart and select premium lots before prices increase March 27.
Landon Homes’ lender will also be on site to qualify homebuyers, who will be able to select a lot as well. The tour will also offer a barbecue lunch, games, prizes and kids’ activities. For more information, call Landon Homes at (904) 567-3430.
