Local fundraiser raises over $10,000 for S.A.F.E. Pet Rescue

A wine tasting held at Table 1 Restaurant on Monday, Oct. 16 raised over $10,000 for S.A.F.E. Pet Rescue, Inc., a nonprofit organization with the goal of saving adoptable dogs and cats from euthanasia in Northeast Florida (The organization has saved over 7,000 lives so far.). In addition to raising money for S.A.F.E, attendees of the wine tasting fundraiser also enjoyed appetizers, live music by Monkey Wrench band members and a silent auction. Guests were asked to bring a bag of pet food to the event.
