The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) kicked off its annual “Parade of Homes” with a cocktail reception for local Realtors.

Held at Nocatee’s Crosswater Hall, the reception offered real estate agents an opportunity to familiarize themselves with many of the builders participating in the new-home showcase. Among the participating builders were Pineapple Corp., Mattamy, Del Webb, CalAtlantic, ICI, Dream Finers, David Weekley, Del Webb and more.

Happening through April 30, the Parade of Homes offers prospective home buyers a chance to tour 105 model homes in 75 neighborhoods across the First Coast from Fernandina to St. Augustine. Communities participating in the event include Tamaya, Pablo Creek Reserve, Bartram Park Preserve, Atlantic Beach Country Club and Nocatee’s Artisan Lakes in Duval County; Amelia Concourse, Amelia National and Plummer Creek in Nassau County; and The Forest at Las Calinas, Markland, Shearwater, Julington Lakes and Nocatee’s Coastal Oaks and Twenty Mile in St. Johns County.

“The Parade of Homes is a great opportunity for builders to introduce their model homes, and for buyers to get inspired by new design ideas,” said Jenn Kjellman of Dream Finders Homes.
