The master-planned community of Nocatee in Ponte Vedra was the 2017 winner for “Best Home Community/Development” by Bold City Best. The Bold City Best competition, in its third year, allows area residents to vote for their favorites in more than 170 categories, including best food, best things to do, best businesses and best places to live. The Palms at Nocatee won last year’s award.
