A group of local realtors recently attended a grand opening event at The Junction at Twenty Mile to check out the progress of the new neighborhood.

Attendees at the April 12 event had the opportunity to tour the neighborhood’s model homes and enjoy snacks and beverages.

Homes in The Junction at Twenty Mile will be built by David Weekley Homes and Dostie Homes, with floor plans ranging from 2,450 square feet to 3,500 square feet and prices starting in the high $400s. All homes will be located within St. Johns County, just west of the Intracoastal Waterway.
