Seaside National Bank & Trust recently announced the hiring of two veteran bankers: Barry Chandler Sr. and Price Schwenck.
Chandler will serve as a client advisor and Schwenck has joined the bank as chairman of the North Florida Advisory Board. The bankers will report directly to Don Roberts, North Florida regional president.
Chandler has more than 50 years of commercial banking experience. He began his career at the American National Bank of Jacksonville and has been a banker in the Ponte Vedra market since 1973. In the mid-90s, Chandler organized his own community bank and remained as president when it was sold to a larger regional bank. In his current role as a client advisor, he is responsible for assisting clients in every aspect of their financial needs, including extensions of credit, financial and estate planning, liquidity management, investments and risk management.
Schwenck has more than 40 years of private and corporate banking experience in addition to extensive executive leadership. He started his career in the United States Navy before transitioning into financial services. Prior to Seaside, he held executive level leadership positions at nationwide financial institutions, along with CEO and board positions with a number of Florida community banks. In his current role, Schwenck will utilize his community contacts to assist clients with all aspects of their private and commercial banking needs.

Both Chandler and Schwenck will work at Seaside's Ponte Vedra Beach office, located at 820 Highway A1A Suite E-11.
