Davis Lee is a junior at Ponte Vedra High School who is committed to play golf at the University of North Florida (UNF).
How long have you been golfing, and when did you realize you could be good enough to play in college or professionally?
I have been golfing since I was 9 years old, and I felt like I had a chance to do something special with golf when I was about 11years old.
Did you consider committing to any other schools besides UNF?
I did consider other schools besides UNF, like Ole Miss. But UNF will be the best fit, and I feel I will advance my game the most there.
Have you started training at the UNF facilities yet?
I have been to the golf facility at UNF before and plan on going more often in the future.
Have you met any of your future teammates or coaches?
I know all the kids that will be on the team with me, and the coaches are real nice and fun to be around.
Do you have any plans to play professionally after college?
My plan is to go pro as soon as I can. Hopefully I have the chance to before my four years in college end, but I am just going to try and get better every day.
What are you looking forward to the most about UNF?
I am looking forward to being a part of the team because I really like the coaches and the team. I will also like being close to home.
