The PARC Group was recently named the Developer of the Year for the 11th consecutive year at the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Sales and Marketing Council’s Laurel Awards.

In addition to the top honor, Nocatee’s master developer received six other awards, including Marketing Director of the Year for the third consecutive year.

The awards came just before an historic milestone. Earlier this month, Nocatee sold more homes in a seven-day period than in any other week in the master-planned community’s history, with a record 40 homes sold.

“The past month’s accomplishments are a testament not just to the unique lifestyle that Nocatee offers, but also the innovative work that our marketing and development teams do behind the scenes,” said Rick Ray, president and CEO of The PARC Group. “As Nocatee’s master developer, we are committed to deliver on the promise of the Nocatee lifestyle, from the amenities, to the infrastructure, to the lifestyle. We are continually looking ahead at innovative ways to bring the very best to the Nocatee community.”

The Laurel Awards honor builders, developers, architects, planners, interior designers, Realtors, and sales and marketing professionals who have displayed sales, building and design excellence in Northeast Florida.

The PARC Group took home one third of all the 2016 Laurel “Marketing Awards,” winning Best Facebook Page, Best Pinterest Page, Best Marketing Video, Best Website, and Best Signage. The PARC Group’s marketing efforts have paid off: traffic to Nocatee.com averages about 2,000 hits per day and the developer’s social media sites reach more than 70,000 people each day, with about 1,000 families visiting the Nocatee Welcome Center each month.

Ranked by real estate advisory firm RCLCO as the nation’s third best-selling community for the third consecutive year, Nocatee continued its rapid growth in 2016, selling 973 new homes, opening six new neighborhoods and expanding community-wide amenities.
