The PARC Group, developer of Nocatee, last week released new renderings for Crosswater Park, a recreation area that is opening in spring 2020 off Crosswater Parkway and Conservation Trail.
Nestled between Coastal Oaks and the new Crosswater neighborhoods, Crosswater Park will feature a pool with lap lanes, a sand volleyball court, two dog parks, a large playground, an event lawn and an open-air pavilion. The Americana-themed amenity will also include designated EV parking and bike racks. Construction will begin in late 2018.
