The Pineapple Corporation last week celebrated the grand opening of its new model homes in the Vista at Twenty Mile, a gated neighborhood of 44 homesites in Nocatee.
The milestone was made official at a VIP event Thursday, Nov. 9, with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by representatives of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce Ponte Vedra Beach Division.
In addition to the ribbon cutting, the VIP event featured catering from Ruth’s Chris Steak House, live entertainment from South City Live Trio and refreshments.
In the Vista at Twenty Mile, homes will feature Spanish architecture that highlights the history of the surrounding Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine areas, according to Nocatee’s website. Floor-plans will range from 4,150 square feet to more than 5,800 square feet and will come with a variety of exterior elevation and interior selection options.
