The Pineapple Corporation is now selling homes in the Vista at Twenty Mile, a new gated, luxury home neighborhood of 44 home sites in Nocatee just west of the Intracoastal Waterway.

With prices starting in the $900,000s, homes range in size from 4,150 square feet to more than 5,800 square feet. The Pineapple Corporation is offering five courtyard floor plans for the neighborhood, with each design featuring a choice among three exterior elevations and an expansive portfolio of interior selections and options. Two model homes at The Vista at Twenty Mile are currently under construction and are planned to open in late summer 2017.
Each of the homes in the neighborhood will feature gourmet kitchens with large islands, spa owner’s baths and attractive outdoor living spaces. The homes, which feature Spanish architecture components, are also designed with Sub Zero and Wolf kitchen appliances, The Pineapple Corporation by Dura Supreme customer cabinetry, solid surface countertops and more.
Residents of The Vista at Twenty Mile will enjoy the secluded preservation land surrounding the community and easy access to Nocatee’s amenities, Ponte Vedra’s beaches, the Intracoastal Waterway, Jacksonville business centers, shopping at the St. Johns Town Center, St. Augustine’s historic attractions and more.
