The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach will be opening its community gates to the public on Sunday, Oct. 1, for its fall community open house. A variety of homes that range in price and style will be part of the event.
Visitors will be able to see The Plantation’s newly renovated golf course as the community recently concluded a more than $7 million facilities improvement plan in 2016, which includes an update to the beach club and a new amenities park featuring a croquet lawn and playground.
In the past, the event has attracted more than 100 visitors to the neighborhood. The event will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Visitors are invited to check in at The Plantation House clubhouse for a list of participating homes, maps, refreshments and amenity tours. Guests can then make their way through the community to view participating homes and stop over to the private beach club at any time to experience The Plantation’s oceanfront property.
