Add David Weekley Homes and Providence Homes to the list of builders now offering homes in the TrailMark community.

The two builders plan to offer homes ranging from 1,500 to more than 2,400 square feet on 43-foot home sites, with prices starting in the $200,000s.

Both builders are expected to break ground soon on new model homes that are slated to open sometime this summer.

“As our community continues to grow, our home offerings do, too,” said Mike Taylor, North Florida division manager for GreenPointe Communities. “We are happy to welcome these two respected home builders to TrailMark. Our community builders, which also include D.R. Horton and Landon Homes, are well known for their talent and experience and are highly regarded for building exceptional quality homes that fit the lifestyle of today’s homebuyer.”

Located in St. Augustine, TrailMark features an amenity center with a resort-style, beach-entry pool overlooking a lake. The community also offers a “Camp House” for socializing as well as a fitness center, athletic courts and playing fields under the direction of a lifestyle director.

The master-planned community is also located in the top-rated St. Johns County School District, with a new elementary school slated to open for the coming 2017-2018 school year.

“With the new elementary school adjacent to TrailMark opening this year, we are experiencing a high demand,” Taylor said. “We expect to welcome many more families to our growing community."

TrailMark’s builder team offers single-family, one- and two-story carriage-style and conventional-style homes in conservation area settings. The community currently has three model homes available to tour and several move-in ready showcase homes under construction. Homes are priced from the $200,000s.
