A special scholarship has been established, the UF/IFAS Extension St. Johns County Master Gardener Program worth $1,000.
The scholarship will be judged on the following criteria: School leadership, community service and interest in the course of study. Candidates must be enrolled in a higher education program in the state of Florida in the fields of horticulture, agriculture or natural resources.

All applications must be received by the Scholarship Committee by May 1.
