Valley Ridge Academy student Cyrus Ways of Ponte Vedra was named Middle School State Champion in the 200 meter hurdles May 13 at IMG ACADEMY Track Stadium. Ways, who runs for the St. Johns Striders, finished the hurdles with a time of 25.20, while also taking second place in the high jump and second in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 14.25.
