St. Johns Chamber of Commerce members celebrated the opening while networking with fellow chamber members. For many, it was a way to start their workday with a little breakfast and camaraderie. more

The Holiday Open House at Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery featured a fun “Passport” project, where participants collected stamps at various booths that were then entered into raffle drawings. A Passport event was held at four locations: Nocatee on Nov. 12, Baymeadows East Nov. 13, Amelia Island Nov. 14 and in Ponte Vedra Nov. 15. more
Underwood Jewelers held a special Forevermark Exceptional Diamond event Nov. 14 at their store in Ponte Vedra Beach. Each guest got a passport, which they took to five informational stations. One lucky participant won a $5,000 gift certificate after completing all stations. more

Sunday, Sept. 15 was the last day to ride J&S Carousel at Davenport Park. The iconic St. Augustine attraction had been located at the park since 1994 entertaining children of all ages with brightly painted horses and traditional carousel music. For just $1, parents and grandparents could relive a childhood memory and share an American tradition with younger generations. more
On an overcast October day, City of St. Augustine Waste Water Treatment Plant Supervisor Stephen Curmode guided 14 guests on the first of two facility tours during Florida City Government Week, Oct. 21 – 27. The tours were sponsored by the Florida League of Cities to raise awareness about the importance of municipal government and its daily impact on residents. more
