Susan Siegmund took over as owner of the art gallery Art on Centre in downtown Fernandina Beach in 2018 after choosing a different career path after years of working in management for several Chamber of Commerce’s. She takes pride in her gallery having a welcoming atmosphere and featuring nearly 30 artists, including many locals.

Billy Ryan grew up a baseball fan at heart and after spending years working in Major League Baseball as both in scouting and administration for the league, Arizona Diamondbacks and Atlanta Braves, he now calls Ponte Vedra home. His experience in professional baseball taught i]him a lot about the business world and he has found it easily translatable at his current job with real estate technology company Avenue One.

Stacey Hendershot is the Bolles Lower School Ponte Vedra Beach Campus head of school. She is an enthusiastic supporter of the students and a participant in the school’s special activities. The local campus educates students in pre-K through grade five and has an enrollment of 243.

Dr. Tim Conway is president of The Morris Center clinics and a UF professor with an extensive background in research into, and evidence-based treatment of, neurodevelopmental disorders. Families struggling with these disorders travel here from all over the country — and even the world — to access his clinics. He’s also the founder of an online instruction service called “NOW!” which reaches an even wider clientele.

Teri Tompkins is a local artist that grew up in St. Augustine and after traveling the world and living in both Europe and California made her way back home in 2005. Nancy Morrison is a co-chair of the 12th annual Pink Ribbon Golf Classic in Ponte Vedra Beach, which is taking place Thursday, Oct. 4 at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. The Classic and ensuing events support Mayo Clinic-Jacksonville and Baptist Medical Center Beaches in their mission to research and treat breast cancer. Morrison is chairing the events with Joanne Ghiloni. The two women have been co-chairs for the last two years.
