Area Realtors and builders held their 40th annual joint tradeshow Oct. 11 at the University of North Florida Adam W. Herbert University Center. Networking with booth sponsors and builder affiliates, attendees marked a successful year in the Jacksonville real estate market.
New construction sales have continued to lead the way in Northeast Florida and the event, sponsored by the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR) and the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA), spotlighted that. It also highlighted the area’s fast paced real estate market, steadily increasing sales prices and record-low interest rates.
As part of the networking, attendees got their programs stamped by Platinum and Gold sponsors for a raffle and the opportunity to win a $500 grand prize giveaway.
