In mid-September, officials with the National Merit Scholarship Corporation announced the 50,000 highest scorers on the PSAT, a group that includes nine members of the Bolles Class of 2020. Students took the PSAT during their junior year.
The nine National Merit Commended Scholars from Bolles are seniors: Soraya Bata ’20 (32084), Katherine Beltz ’20 (32256), Charu Chaturvedi ’20 (32256), Jack Clark ’20 (32081), Richa Goel ’20 (32224), Mitchell Henshaw ’20 (32082), Nicholas Lee ’20 (32082), Henry Li ’20 (32257) and Kendall Woodall ’20 (32210).
In recent weeks, the National Merit Scholarship Corporation also announced the 16,000 National Merit Scholar semifinalists, a group that includes six members of the Bolles Class of 2020. Those students are: Caleb Cohill ’20, Yash Gulani ’20, Rishi Misra ’20, Tyler Popp ’20, Anne Ruperto ’20 and Caroline Shore ’20.
