Active After 50 Expo to benefit Council on Aging

The St. Augustine Record Active After 50 Expo, presented by Heekin Clinic and Berkshire Hathaway Florida Network Realty, will be held Saturday, Feb. 22 at the St. Augustine Outlet Mall. The event, to take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., will include more than 60 vendors and experts, who will be on hand to answer questions on topics such as financial planning, downsizing, pain relief, senior living options, healthy food choices, travel and cruises and more.

Other activities will include free antique appraisals, free health screenings, Pickleball and songs of the 50s, 60s, and 70s from The Kings English band, a popular campus band from the 1960s. 

Admission is free, with free parking at the St. Augustine Outlet Mall.

 

This year’s event will also feature Bozard Lincoln’s “Driven to Give” event, which will benefit the non-profit Council on Aging (COA).  Participants can take a seat in a Lincoln automobile, fill out a brief survey, then Bozard Lincoln will donate funds for each survey taken to COA in support of its many programs that helping seniors and their caregivers. Participants will also be entered for a chance to win the grand prize of an “Evening Out in Lincoln Luxury.”
