St. Johns County’s Month of Music continues to grow as the Sing Out Loud Festival adds more artists and venues to the festival lineup.

Beginning Sept. 10 and running through Sept. 26, the fifth annual Sing Out Loud Festival features more than 100 free and ticketed performances at various venues throughout St. Johns County. This second round of artists joining the lineup includes:

■ The renowned Patty Griffin, known for her poignant and melodic folk-tinged tunes, joins as special guest to Yola on Sunday, Sept. 12, at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre. Tickets for this event are on sale now.

As with previous years, a portion of proceeds from ticketed events will benefit local charities. Thus far, beneficiaries of the fifth annual Sing Out Loud Festival include Port in the Storm, S.A.F.E. Pet Rescue, St. Johns County Legal Aid, Jax Legal Aid and Wildflower Clinic.

Also free this year wille be the Ancient City Poets Showcase followed by a Poetry Open Mic.
