904 Home Watch again earns accreditation

904 Home Watch has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association for the second year. The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada. Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at vacation or primary homes while no one is in residence. All principals of NHWA accredited member companies are background-checked, insured and bonded.

904 Home Watch owner Bob Straub earned a BA in economics from Dickinson College and has worked in the real estate industry in a variety of roles, primarily in the general brokerage and new home construction arenas.

In 2012, he moved to Northeast Florida. Here, he launched 904 Home Watch, which serves St. Johns and Duval counties, Nocatee, Sawgrass and Marsh Landing country clubs, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra.
