Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Network Realty recently welcomed Hobie Spears to the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office.
Born and raised in Northeast Florida, Sears joined Florida Network Realty as a newly licensed Realtor with a passion for helping others. In addition to obtaining his real estate license this year, Sears is in his final semester at the University of North Florida and has worked at his family’s dental practice, Sears Dentistry, at the front desk throughout college.
When asked why he decided to become a Realtor, Sears said, “I love the tight-knit community of Northeast Florida and knowing that this community is always willing to lend a helping hand. While volunteering in the community, I love being able to help and connect with my clients, not only in a business standpoint, but also personally, as I guide them through their transactions.”
When not working, Sears enjoys taking advantage of all the natural beauty of Northeast Florida, especially the beaches. He is a professional surfer, who has competed at the international level and traveled the world exploring new waves. He achieved several East Coast and National Championship Titles throughout his competitive surfing career.
