Cross Regions Group, a multifaceted company specializing in commercial real estate services, has announced the businesses that will open soon at The Fountains at St. Johns, a mixed-use medical and retail development located on nearly 100 acres at the northeast intersection of County Road 210 West and Interstate 95 in St. Johns County.
Dapper D’s Cigar Lounge, H2 Health St. Johns physical therapy, Scenthound St. Johns and Salon Honey + Sage are planning to open this month. Businesses planning to open in September include Apex Krav Maga and 4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions.
They join The Dolly Llama Waffle Master, which opened in July, and JaxSpice at St. Johns, which opened in May.

Florida Eye Specialists and ENT Specialists of North Florida are under construction for opening in 2024. Construction is under way on Jacksonville University’s location at The Fountains at St. Johns. Slated to open in 2024, the location will be used as an educational facility for Jacksonville University’s health care sciences programs.
The development includes Ascension St. Vincent’s Health Center — St. Johns on 34 acres. In process or under construction are a 141-room Home 2 Suites by Hilton hotel, 174 upscale apartments with 25,000 square feet of retail on the first floor, 276 apartments from Madison Capital, a 13,000-square-foot facility for Chappell Schools and a Town Square with 35,000 square feet of retail space and restaurants. Future plans include an assisted living facility and wellness center.
Cross Regions Group also is developing Duval Station, a medical and retail center in North Jacksonville, and Tyler Plaza West and Coastal Callahan, medical and retail centers in Nassau County.
