St. Johns County Deputy County Administrator Joy Andrews was the speaker for the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce’s Chamber at Noon event Aug. 17 at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa. She spoke about the importance of infrastructure and balance needed in the county. The luncheon was sponsored by Fields Auto Group.
