Chef Kenny Gilbert brings flavor and flash for the spring season

Chef Kenny Gilbert continues to impress foodies with his certain “je ne sais quoi” as he highlights new menu items and features at his establishments. 

A visit to Fernandina might include a trip to Gilbert’s Underground Kitchen, where guests might enjoy “Fried Chicken Dinner Wednesdays” or a new low calorie food options offered on the menu. These dishes feature roasted vegetables, smoked turkey, as well as fresh fish with savory herbs.  Desserts at Gilbert’s Underground Kitchen include a Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait among other options.  As always, private event dining is available for special event buy outs as well as offsite catering packages for a magnitude of varying events.
