Christian business advisory network announces new chair

The C12 Group, a Christian business advisory network, announced further expansion in Northeast Florida Aug. 23 with the addition of Vaughan Robison as chair.

C12 launched in Northeast Florida in October 2014 with the appointment of Bob Shallow as managing chair for the region. With the addition of Robison, C12 will provide even more Christian business owners and executives across the region with business counsel, a peer advisory group and ministry development.

“I am thrilled to welcome Vaughan into the C12 Group and C12 Northeast Florida family,” said Bob Shallow, C12 Northeast Florida managing chair. “Vaughan’s extensive leadership and entrepreneurial experience, and advanced business degrees, coupled with his passion to help Christian business owners build great businesses for a greater purpose will be a tremendous asset to both C12 Northeast Florida and the Christian executives he serves.”

Robison brings over 15 years of leadership, consulting and entrepreneurial experience to his new role as C12 chair, including his experience as an Army officer who commanded a company of soldiers in Baghdad. He also holds a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.

“As a C12 chair, I am committed to equipping and encouraging business leaders to achieve their desire to glorify God in their work and life,” explained Robison.  “My passion is helping businesses align with their mission and values in order to improve profits, establish winning cultures and positively impact their market.”

Robison will host two complimentary events for Christian business owners at Deercreek Country Club in Jacksonville.  A luncheon will be held Sept. 19 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., followed by a breakfast Sept. 21 from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.

Founded in 1992, The C12 Group is an executive roundtable provider for Christian CEOs and business owners. C12’s mission is to “change the world by advancing the Kingdom of God in the marketplace.”
