Clubhouse being constructed at Stillwater

Stillwater Golf and Country Club, the hallmark of Lennar’s 549-home active-adult gated community in St. Johns, has begun construction on a state-of-the-art clubhouse as part of the final phase of amenity development. The roughly 15,000-square-foot clubhouse will include an onsite restaurant with a bar, golf pro shop, fitness center and lounge. The developer expects to complete construction by the fall of 2024.

“Stillwater’s incredible new clubhouse will become the central hub for our residents,” said Melanie Raub, division president for Lennar in North Florida. “With bundled golf club memberships, beautifully designed homes, and now, a clubhouse that will serve as the heart of our vibrant community, Stillwater is more than just a place to live. It's the epitome of an extraordinary, active lifestyle."

Additional Stillwater amenities include the 18-hole golf course by renowned architect Bobby Weed, a resort-style swimming pool, pickleball and tennis courts. The community also caters to residents with regular featured events and activities that promote an active, social lifestyle.

Stillwater’s unique 18-hole golf course features flexible loops of three, six and nine holes returning to the clubhouse, allowing members to play as their time permits. In addition, the 16-acre practice facility is a rain-or-shine, year-round destination. The lighted driving range has covered hitting bays equipped with Toptracer Range. Players of all skill levels can receive instant feedback on their swing and distance data.

Stillwater home prices start from the mid $300,000s, with six model homes to tour and 13 distinct floor plans to choose from. Homes range in size from approximately 1,500 to 2,300 square feet of living space and include a two-car garage, along with two to four bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, depending on lot size.
