The following programs will be held at COA’s River House, 179 Marine St., St. Augustine, beginning in June. Classes are one to five weeks long and begin the first week of June. Gentle Yoga — Four weeks starting Monday, June 5; 9:15 to 10:45 a.m.

Dance Synergy — Four weeks starting Monday, June 5; 10-11:30 a.m.

Mindfulness Meditation — Four weeks starting Monday, June 5; 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Chair Yoga — Four weeks starting Monday, June 5; 11 a.m. to noon.

Spanish for Fun and Travel — Four weeks starting Monday, June 5; 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Beginners Ballroom Dance group class — Four weeks starting Monday, June 5; 12:15 to 1:15 p.m.

Line Dance — Four weeks starting Tuesday, June 6; 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Intermediate Ballroom Dance Group Class — Four weeks starting Tuesday, June 6; 12:45 to 1:45 p.m.

Experimental Drawing — Four weeks starting Tuesday, June 6; 1-3 p.m.

Sound Vibrational Frequency (Sound Bath) — Four weeks starting Tuesday, June 6; 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Sassy Skirt Dancing Level 1 — Five weeks starting Thursday, June 1; 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Belly Dance for Fitness and Fun — Five weeks starting Thursday, June 1; 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Abstract Art — One day on Thursday, June 22; 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Mahjong Open Play — Bring your mahjong game and come play. 1-3 p.m. Mondays

Help with Medicare Questions — 9 a.m. to noon on the second Monday of each month. Reserve a spot with a SHINE volunteer now by calling 904-209-3655.

The Four Things That Matter Most — Anticipate things that are vitally important to resolve before your death or that of a loved one. Based on Ira Byock’s book “The Four Things That Matter Most: A Book About Living.” 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 12.

Healing Hearts — A group for grieving a loss. Meets 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.

One-on-One Tech Help — One-on-one help for your smart phone, tablet or laptop questions. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 6 and 20. Call 904-209-3655 to reserve a one-hour spot.

Happy Hookers — Join this social group as they crochet, knit, etc. 10 a.m. to noon Tuesdays.

Open Art Studio — Bring your art project and socialize with other artists. 10 a.m. to noon Tuesdays.

Widow to Widow — This widows’ support group meets 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Wednesdays.

Open Board Game Play — 1-4 p.m. Wednesdays.

Book Club — Join others in reading and discussing various books. 2-3:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month. June’s book is “The House of the Spirits” by Isabel Allende. 

Rightsizing — Downsizing — What issues do longtime homeowners and downsizing seniors face? Meets 10:30 a.m. to noon the third Thursday of each month. The next meeting is June 15.

Open Card Play — Bring your deck of cards and socialize over a friendly card game of your choosing. 12:15 to 3:15 p.m. every Thursday.

The Saving Claire Project — This is a compelling documentary about senior issues, aging in place and falls prevention and a discussion group to help learn about local resources to keep you safe and independent in your home. 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, June 15.

Metaphysical Book Club — 2-3 p.m. Thursdays. June’s book is “Real Magic” by Dean Radin.
