The Coastal Wine Market and Tasting Room in Nocatee held its Winemaker Series event featuring winemaker Bryan Page on Monday, May 10.
The event offered up a four-course food-and-wine pairing, along with a reception featuring a charcuterie spread paired with a 2019 Blood and Rose rose. The four courses included a tuna poke with a 2016 Divina Comedia malbec; a Bulgagi beef tenderloin with a 2016 The Divva merlot; a blackened-scallop bacaloo with a 2017 PLU red blend; and a “surf and surf” mushroom fettuccine alfredo paired with a 2016 Vine/Vein Cabernet Sauvignon.
