College students recognized for academic success

Phi Kappa Phi honor society inducts new members

The following people recently were initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines: Alexandra Schupler of Ponte Vedra Beach at The University of Mississippi, Athena Masson of St. Augustine at Jacksonville University, Denis Silva of St. Augustine at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and Addison Montroy of Jacksonville Beach at Georgia Southern University. Gabriella Berardi and Juri Blinder, both of Ponte Vedra, were recently initiated into the honor society at the University of Florida.

Honors List

Philippe Lamarre of St. Augustine was named to the Winter 2021-22 Honors List at Pomfret School.

President’s List

John Murphy of St Augustine was named to the Belhaven University spring 2022 President's List.

Honor societies

Nicole Capra, an MBA student from Ponte Vedra Beach, has been inducted into Alpha Mu Alpha, the marketing honor society of the American Marketing Association, and Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society, at West Texas A&M University.

Graduation

Megan Wesley of Ponte Vedra has completed her master of arts in teaching and Jenna Landolfi of St. Augustine has completed her master of arts in clinical mental health counseling at University of the Cumberlands.
