The holiday season is here, and in St. Augustine, the annual Nights of Lights celebration will soon illuminate the historic city.
From Saturday, Nov. 18, to Sunday, Jan. 28, visitors can experience the sparkling lights like never before with Seaside Adventures family-friendly adventure vehicles.
Started in 2020 by husband-and-wife team Tommy and Crystal Horton, Seaside Adventures rents Slingshot and MOKE vehicles as a unique way to explore downtown St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beach. The business won the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award in 2022.
This month, its latest “fun utility vehicle” will hit the streets — the Arcimoto Electric Vehicle, a three-wheeled, open-air and no-doors driving experience. This safe and zippy “FUV” is a groundbreaking and environmentally friendly transportation option that combines the benefits of a motorcycle and a compact car.
This holiday season, Seaside Adventures invites the public to celebrate with a special Nights of Lights Photography Tour. From the comfort of their Christmas Cars, visitors experience the glow of downtown St. Augustine while photographers moving alongside capturing the groups at iconic landmarks.

For those wanting to explore the town on foot, Seaside Adventures invites them to their shop for free cocoa, coffee and cookies during the entire season of Nights of Lights.
Seaside Adventures also offers rentals of two- and four-seater Slingshots, a three-wheeled, open-air autocycle perfect for taking in the sites; additional MOKE vehicles; the SandSurfer Electric Skateboard, a fat-tire skateboard perfect for the beach that is easy and fun to ride; and trusty ol’ bicycles.
