Nearly 50 brokers and agents from the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR) heard Duval Property Appraiser Joyce Morgan speak about her work during a panel discussion hosted by NEFAR’s Beaches Area Council on Aug. 3. The “Lunch and Learn” discussion was held at the Beaches Vineyard Church, former home of the Atlantic Theaters in Atlantic Beach.
Joining Morgan on the panel was her colleague Keith Hicks, who has worked in the Duval County Property Appraiser’s office for nearly 30 years. Also speaking were Joseph Lograsso of Atlantic Coastal Appraisers and Clark Fouraker of Glenn Layton Homes.
Rosie Hetman of Atlantic Shores Realty in Jacksonville Beach was the moderator of the event. She serves as NEFAR’s Beaches Area Council chairman.
