EMMA Concert Association has announced its 44th season of shows, offering a variety of live music and dance from September 2022 through March 2023 in Lewis Auditorium at Flagler College.

Tickets for all six concerts are available at emmaconcerts.com or by calling 904-797-2800.

Opening the season on Sept. 10, The Queen’s Cartoonists will present a family-friendly show that features live music from classic cartoons and contemporary animation, synchronized to video projections of the original films.

The six band members from Queens, New York, lead the audience through a world of virtuosic musicianship, multi-instrumental mayhem and comedy. The concert is for everybody — regardless of age, gender or familiarity with the concert hall.

Other upcoming concerts in EMMA’s 44th season include the Hollywood Concert Orchestra on Oct. 30, The Gainesville Orchestra’s Holiday Concert on Dec. 14, the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra on Jan. 22, the Ocala Symphony Orchestra on Feb. 4 and Dance Alive National Ballet on March 18.

“We are thrilled to host these wonderful music and dance concerts for the St. Augustine community and its visitors,” said Joanne Everett, president of EMMA Board of Directors. “With the exception of The Queen’s Cartoonists, the other five talented groups are from throughout Florida, highlighting the amazing performing arts in our Sunshine State.”

Tickets to concerts are $50 for adults and $10 for students, with the exception of The Gainesville Orchestra’s Holiday Concert, with tickets available for $60 per guest.

All tickets include free parking at the St. Johns County Council on Aging, 180 Marine St., St. Augustine. Guests will then be transported to and from the concert venue by shuttle service. Parking is not available at Lewis Auditorium at Flagler College.

Season Subscriptions also are available, with reservations due by July 31. Learn more at emmaconcerts.com/ticket-information or call the EMMA ticket office at 904-797-2800.
