In conjunction with the Romanza Festivale of the Arts, EMMA Concert Association will bring The Gainesville Orchestra back to St. Augustine in May. This will be the final concert of EMMA’s 43rd season.

The Gainesville Orchestra will present “Jersey Boys & Girls” at 8 p.m. Saturday, May 7, in Lewis Auditorium at Flagler College, 14 Granada St., downtown St. Augustine. Tickets are available at emmaconcerts.com or by calling 904-797-2800.

The concert will feature songs famously performed by Frank Sinatra, Whitney Houston, Bruce Springsteen, Frankie Valli, Dionne Warwick, Lesley Gore and others from the Garden State.

Expect such hits as “Fly Me To The Moon,” “My Eyes Adored You,” “That’s Life!,” “They Can’t Take That Away From Me,” “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You,” “I Will Always Love You” and more.

“We are excited to bring The Gainesville Orchestra back to the Nation’s Oldest City,” said Joanne Everett, president of EMMA Board of Directors. “This talented group of musicians performed a beautiful holiday pops concert for EMMA Concert Association in December 2021.”

Tickets are $35 per guest and include free parking at the St. Johns County Council on Aging, with complimentary shuttle to and from the venue. Parking is not available on site at Lewis Auditorium at Flagler College.
