Nocatee is the best place to live in Florida, according to new rankings published in Newsweek magazine.

The list ranks the best place to live in each of the 50 states based on several factors, including cost of living, educational attainment, housing and public schools.

The article highlights Nocatee’s “carefully designed neighborhoods featuring everything from parks and recreation to shopping, restaurants and more.”

The coastal community’s location puts it “at the doorstep of golf courses, beaches and the airports of Jacksonville,” reported Newsweek.

“Our vision for Nocatee was to create a community that was unmatched in Northeast Florida,” said Rick Ray, president and CEO of The PARC Group, Nocatee’s master developer. “We’re honored to see Nocatee ranked as the best place to live in Florida and to see it consistently recognized at the national level.”

Nocatee, which repeatedly ranks as a top 10 best-selling master-planned community in the United States, continues to grow with plans for new amenities, neighborhoods, restaurants and businesses, including First Watch Café, Greenwise Market and a new Baptist medical center.
