GreenPointe Communities, LLC, has appointed Liam O’Reilly as senior development manager, tasking him with leading the company’s land development efforts.
His responsibilities encompass all aspects of new community entitlement, design and development from early due diligence to final lot turnover. O’Reilly is based in the company’s Jacksonville headquarters.

With nearly a decade of professional experience, O’Reilly previously managed land development for a national homebuilder and has proven success in land acquisition and development with an emphasis on large master-planned residential communities from early entitlements through construction, according to GreenPointe Communities. His experience as a Professional Engineer covers a wide variety of projects, including the planning, design and construction of all types of private real estate development including single and multi-family, residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use development.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Fla., O’Reilly earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He is an active committee member of Urban Land Institute North Florida and an active National MS Society volunteer.
