SAWGRASS MARRIOTT GOLF RESORT & SPA

1912 Ocean Bar & Rooftop will serve Valentine’s Day specials from 4 to 10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, including:

• Imperial oysters with scallops, shrimp, crabmeat, parmesan and mozzarella and panko breadcrumbs ($36)

• Lovers Paella with chicken, octopus, shrimp, fish, chorizo, saffron arborio, peas and tomato paprika coulis ($48)

• Sweet endings for two with espresso macarons, crème brulée and chocolate-covered strawberries

Valentine’s Day dinner at Vernon’s

On Friday, Feb. 14, Vernon’s will serve a special Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu from 5 to 10 p.m. (last seating at 9 p.m.), with highlights including:

• Aperitivo with Aperol Spritz and cod croquettes

• Kale and orange salad with grape leaves wrapped and grilled feta cheese, orange segments, crunchy pepitas and orange peels/Agave vinaigrette

• Saffron and ricotta cavatelli with mussels, chorizo and blistered tomatoes

• Ruby red grapefruit and basil granita with goat cheese

• Hard seared scallops and carved beef tenderloin with carrot butter, mushrooms risotto, roasted Brussel sprouts and beef au jus

• Sweet Treats with croquembouche (cream puff cake) and long-stem chocolate-covered strawberries

ARGYLE

Argyle, located at 254 Alta Mar Drive, Ponte Vedra Beach, is planning its Valentine’s Pre-Fixe Dinner from 5 to 10 p.m. Feb. 14.

Chef Jon Blackford’s pre-fixe menu celebrates love and exquisite flavors for a special evening or indulgent night. The price is $99-plus.

PRATI ITALIA AND TOWN HALL

CuliVino Hospitality Management and Consulting has announces its Valentine’s Weekend specials, available at Prati Italia and Town Hall on Friday, Feb. 14, Saturday, Feb. 15, and Sunday, Feb. 16. Prati Italia at the St. Johns Town Center and Town Hall in historic San Marco are the Jacksonville restaurant concepts led by two-time James Beard nominee Chef Tom Gray.

On Friday and Saturday, Feb. 14-15, Prati Italia is offering a Four-Course Chef’s Tasting Prix-Fixe menu from 4:30 to 11 p.m. The menu will feature Gray’s greatest hits, holiday specials and a complimentary toast of bubbly. Suggested wine pairings, featured cocktails and Prati Italia’s full wine and cocktail lists will be available. The cost is $85 per person. The pricing does not include tax or gratuity. Prati Italia’s a la carte menu will not be available during Valentine’s Weekend dinner hours.

On Sunday, Feb. 16, Prati Italia is offering Valentine’s and Galentine’s Brunch Service from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with $5 Mimosas and Bellini’s and a full a la carte menu.

Town Hall is offering Valentine’s Weekend dinner service from 4:30 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Feb. 14-15. Enjoy a Four-Course Chef’s Tasting Prix-Fixe menu featuring a collection of holiday specials with a choice of wine pairings. Town Hall’s full wine and cocktail lists will be available. The cost is $135 per person. The pricing does not include tax or gratuity. Town Hall’s a la carte menu will not be available during Valentine’s weekend dinner hours.

On Sunday, Feb. 16, Town Hall is featuring Valentine’s specials and 20% off select bottles of bubbly all day. Town Hall’s full a la carte menu will be available. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (brunch) and 4:30 to 9 p.m. (dinner).
