The public is invited to enjoy a special recording of the Jacksonville Symphony's Holiday Pops performance at home on Sunday and Monday, Dec. 24 and 25.
It will be broadcast via FM radio at 7 p.m. Dec. 24 on WJCT (89.9).
A television broadcast will be 6 a.m. Dec. 25 on WTLV (channel 12) and WJXX (channel 25).
Tim Hankewich is conductor and Ryan Silverman is vocalist for this Holiday Pops concert, which also features the Jacksonville Symphony Chorus and dancers from Douglas Anderson School of the Arts.
Audiences will celebrate “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year” and rejoice in holiday classics. Viewers will enjoy seeing the indoor “snowfall” that swirls all around Jacoby Symphony Hall and the stage sparkling under the spotlight.
