The St. Augustine Amphitheatre has announced that 11-time Grammy Award winner John Legend will return to The Amp on Oct. 9 on his “Bigger Love Tour 2021.”

In addition to his Grammy Awards, multiplatinum artist Legend has garnered an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, a Tony Award and an Emmy Award, making him the first African-American man to earn an “EGOT.”

Legend has released six celebrated albums including, “Get Lifted” (2004), “Once Again” (2006), “Evolver” (2008), “Love in the Future” (2013), “Darkness and Light” (2016) and “A Legendary Christmas” (2018). He starred in NBC's "Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert" in 2018, winning an Emmy for “Outstanding Variety Special” and being nominated for “Outstanding Lead Actor” (Limited Series).

Legend joined "The Voice" for season 16 (2019), winning with his mentee Maelyn Jarmon, and is currently a judge on season 17.

Legend is a partner in Get Lifted Film Co., serving as an executive producer for "Southern Rites," "United Skates," WGN America's "Underground" and films “Southside with You” and “La La Land.”

As a philanthropist, Legend initiated the #FREEAMERICA campaign in 2015 to change the national conversation surrounding criminal justice policies and to end mass incarceration.

Kirby's second solo departure is the self-titled "Kirby."

Fronting Burlington, Ontario, prog-rock band First Time Fallen for several years, Kirby released his first solo EP “Within These Walls” in 2007 before taking the figurative plunge with his next EP “The Good Fight” in 2008.

Hitting the road for the first of many tours across Canada and Europe as well as performances in Australia and the United States, Kirby displays his true passion, belting out emotional lyrics right from the bottom of his heart, coupled with the diversity of both a driving rock strum style and quiet thoughtful picking on the guitar.

Tickets for John Legend are on sale at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre box office and online at Ticketmaster.com. All tickets are digital.
