The St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council will host a business luncheon at Pusser’s Bar and Grill from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24.
Lisa McGowan will be the guest speaker. Her talk, “Change Your Habits, Change Your Life!” will feature a short and informative discussion on what neuroscientists have learned about a person’s ability to change, develop and create new habits.
McGowan is a strategic life and leadership coach and founder of Clear View Coaching, LLC. After 35 years in leadership with banks and credit unions, McGowen made the change to follow her passion of helping others slow down, gain clarity and “live their lives on purpose.”
