Gov. Ron DeSantis issued an executive order today, March 17, requiring any business licensee authorized to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on their premises, and which derive more than 50% of their gross revenue from the sale of alcoholic beverages, to suspend all sales of alcoholic beverages for 30 days effective 5 p.m.

In addition, all restaurants shall immediately limit occupancy to 50% of their State of Emergency current building occupancy and shall follow the CDC guidance by requiring a minimum 6-foot distance between tables and limiting parties to no more than 10 people.
